Food for thought.

I feel like all I do is study, sleep, drink and then eat my way through Japan. Above: Raw sea-urchin. (Rå kråkebolle.) Nam!

Various pickled vegetables. (Or vagetables, as they often write here. I wonder where that spelling mistake comes from. )

Sashimi makes my heart skip a beat ♥

Ebi&avocado salad ♥

Grilled mushrooms, tasted like heaven.

More sashimi called for a more happy Sushibird.

& to finish it all of, instead of dessert, I ordered… more food. Tomato and bacon. I am truly blessed to be able to eat food like this on a weekly basis. ♥

Oh! Lucky you! I must content myself with the sushi here in Norway ..

The sushi in Norway isn’t that bad, no? I know there is one decent restaurant in Bergen at least, and several of them in Oslo! I have not been disappointed yet with Alex sushi, although my wallet cries after a visit.

  2. At the moment, as in right now, I’m trying to force down a bowl of oatmeal before I go to school. I just had to put the spoon away and shoot a angry glare a the goo, while I was looking at these pictures. I mean… NOM! That’s what I .want. to eat. Not Bjørns jævla lettkokte havregryn. Haha.

Haha, right now I wouldn’t mind a bowl of oatmeal actually! I haven’t eaten it for years, I wonder if I can even get it here… It is funny what you miss when you can not have it, I seriously miss plain Norvegia cheese and dark Wasa Sport knekkebrød! Who would have ever thought…
