… I… just… what? I have no idea what I just watched, but it was delightful, so I had to share it! This is one of the reason why I love Japan.

One more thing I can add to my list of small things that make me happy: My shoes have tassels!

May came and went, and I forgot all about it. I bought a strawberry ice cream, and I finished up the last of the marzipan I had gotten as a gift from Norway.
I ate the biggest burger lunch ever in Shinjuku, tasty stuff!
We went to Ueno to look for jeans, and I found another soft serve ice cream. I don’t even like sweets that much, but ice cream is ok.
17th of May (Norway constitution day!) came and went, and I didn’t have much planned, but hung out with this girl. It is probably the saddest day to not be in Norway, since the whole country is celebrating more than Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving put together. On the right, a random shot from a school bathroom in a dress I just found after not having worn it for 2 years.

Mozzarella and tomatos will always be on my top-10-favorite-food-list.

Good ideas always seem to come to me at 3:30 in the morning in the middle of my last week of exams, so I redesigned Sushibird. It looks a lot cleaner and less cluttered than the previous version, and the pictures are quite a bit larger. Yay? Nay? Vad tycks?

There is a nice cat-cafe in Shinjuku (if you are into that sort of thing), it is called Calico Cat Cafe. It wasn’t the easiest place to find, even when using google maps, but I am happy I took the time. The cats in this place are adorable, and quite a few of them have quite special looks. At the cafe you can drink soft drinks and beer, and you can also buy chicken to feed to the cats. If you are visiting Tokyo for the first time, this would be a good cat-cafe to visit. Map is included underneath.

“Soo Sunny Park’s installation Unwoven Light animates Rice Gallery’s expansive space, transforming it into a shimmering world of light, shadow, and brilliant color. Suspended from the walls and ceiling, thirty-seven individually sculpted units are arranged as a graceful, twisting flow of abstract form.”
(This is one of the most beautiful art installations I have seen in a long time, I just had to share.)
